Shipping Policy
Our woodworking machines are sold from our showroom and workshop. All machines can be delivered worldwide and are shipped according to the customer's needs.
1. Preparation and loading time
After confirmation of your order, the machine is prepared for shipment. This includes testing, adjustment and preparing the machine for transport.
The preparation time is usually 2 to 14 working days, depending on:
- The type and complexity of the machine
- Any revision or testing work required
- The current workload in our workshop
2. Transport and delivery
After preparation, transport is arranged via a specialized carrier. Delivery times depend on the destination and transport method.
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- Belgium: 1 – 3 working days
- Europe: 3 – 10 working days
- Outside Europe: 1 – 4 weeks
These timeframes are indicative and may vary depending on transport planning, customs procedures and external factors.
3. Shipping costs
Shipping costs for woodworking machines are calculated individually based on:
- Dimensions and weight of the machine
- Delivery address
- Required transport means (such as crane transport or special transport)
The exact shipping cost is always communicated in advance via quotation, and must be approved by the customer before shipment.
4. Pickup
Customers may also collect their machine at our premises. In that case, a pickup appointment is scheduled once the machine is ready.
5. Important information
- All delivery times are indicative and non-binding
- Delays caused by transporters or force majeure are beyond our responsibility
- Any damage must be reported immediately upon delivery
