The workpieces are transported by dogs on a chain through the different
machining positions (cutting, shaping, drilling, dowelling). The machining of the workpieces itself is done in restposition.

Cutting station: saw motor with vertical stroke of 100 mm., motor 2,2/3,3 kW, 3000/6000rpm
Drilling station: drilling unit with pneumatic stroke of 100 mm, drilling blocks with 5 spindles, centers 25 mm.
Shaping station: shaping motor with 3,7 kW, 3000 rpm, spindle 30 x 55 mm., pneumatic stroke of about 250 mm, as well as vertical adjustment
Glueing station with 4 glue guns
Dowelling station:4 inserters for dowels with diameter 10 mm., dowel hopperfeed with 4 exits.

Vertical drilling:
4 drilling units hanging on the top beam, movable over the machine width with adjustable position in depth
Available drilling blocks:
3 pcs with 5 spindles, centers 25 mm
1 pc with 6 spindles, centers 32 and 16 mm
2 pcs with 9 spindles, centers 12 mm

Lateral drilling:
3 drilling units adjustable over full width
Available drilling blocks:
2 pcs with 14 spindles, centers 25 mm
1 pc with 5 spindles, centers 25 mm
